Forrester Research
I spent 2.5 years as an Evaluative Researcher at Forrester Research. During my tenure there, I evaluated the digital experiences of leading B2C brands using a range of methods, including heuristic expert reviews and usability testing. The outcome was a a published report that detailed leading best practices and recommendations in a particular industry. I helped to author twenty of these reports, spanning industries like government, retail, wealth management, and streaming media. I've highlighted the four most impactful below.
Disclaimer: The following projects are based on the work that I completed while employed at Forrester Research. I have omitted information and altered all details to protect the intellectual property of Forrester and its clients.
